There are two main points:

First, the T19 raised road marker must be fully tempered. After self-explosion or pressure fracture, the fragments should be obtuse-angled particles. Many are semi-tempered or not tempered, which does not meet the standard of more than 25 tons of compressive strength, and will soon be damaged in large quantities. On the road, it may directly damage or even puncture car tires;

Second, the reflector of the T19 raised road marker disc base is an aluminum reflector, which is completely fused and welded with the glass, and will not peel off. The outer surface is rough sandblasted to enhance the adhesion and bite with the road surface, increasing the stability of the facility. Currently, there are spray-painted and ordinary sandblasted ones on the market. As everyone knows, paint is very easy to fall off outdoors. If the paint falls off, it is just a glass, and there is no reflective effect; ordinary sandblasting can be scraped off with a blade, and there is no good fusion welding. Whether the glass road stud self-explodes or is crushed under pressure, or loses its reflective effect, it will face complaints or reinstallation, which will cost more and seriously affect road personal safety and generate a lot of later maintenance work.

The reflection of the T19 raised road marker is different from the reflection of the reflective film-type raised road marker. It uses a light-focusing method to gather the headlight light and then reflect it, so the reflected light looks like a light bulb in vision, and the brightness is particularly dazzling and eye-catching.

In the compression test of the compression testing machine, each cat's eye can withstand a load of more than 25 tons (25,000 kg) of the national standard. Under normal road conditions, the damage is almost zero. 6. Color characteristics

The white T19 raised road marker body is a transparent colorless glass body, reflecting white super cat's eye bright light, and the yellow body reflects yellow super cat's eye bright light. Both types of cat's eyes meet the regulations of the chromaticity coordinates of the raised road markers. The color coefficient of the white retroreflector is 1.0, and the yellow is 0.6.
